On a dreary, hot, sticky overcast morning, Petr Spacil from Brno, Czech Republic completed his task by running 3100 miles in 45 days+03:44:21. The third place finisher completed the course three days ahead of his previous best time. Mr. Spacil moved from 12th to fifth in the overall rankings while averaging 68.655 miles per day (110.489 – km per day).
